Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT -  Payment for all courses must be received in full before the start date of the course.

 

COURSE CANCELLATION - Meridian Wave Acupuncture reserves the right to cancel any course because of low registration or events beyond our control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different course or receive a full refund

 

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION - We provide certificate of completion with hours of professional development for each course participants complete. 

 

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEU's / CPD's) - CEU's/CPD's are offered according to national and projectional associations of each country. The majority of our courses in countries we work in are entitled for CEU's/CPD's. Please contact us in advance for any clarifications at meridianwave1@gmail.com. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY - Your privacy is very important to us. WE do not collect nor save any information you provide. No information on your browsing habit is collected either.

REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY - Requests for refunds of registration fee must be received no later than fourteen calendar days before the start of a course. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Specific cancellation fees and policies may follow the school conducting the course

DATES AND SUPPLY - We are making every effort to maintain the schedule thereof. In the unlikely event of class cancelation or schedule change, we will notify you as soon as such an event is about to take place.
